Material Introduction
?Saferlon® PTFE molded sheet is manufactured by molding method with PTFE granular resin. In fluoroplastics, PTFE got the most consumption and was used widely. It’s an important material in variety of fluoroplastics. PTFE exhibits astonishing chemical resistance. 1. PTFE + glass fiber reinforced
Description: Saferlon® PTFE is polytetrafluoroethylene substrate modified by adding enhanced PTFE glass fiber filled, it has extremely superior properties: high and low temperature (-200 ℃ -260 ℃), corrosion resistance (acid, alkali, aqua regia, etc.), weather-resistantance, high insulation, high lubrication, non-sticking, non-toxic and other good features.
Characteristics:
1, The heat resistance, strength, stiffness is better than pure PTFE.
2, The creep resistance , dimensional stability and wear resistance are improving
3, Insulation: used as electrical insulation, seals and abherent material
4, Self-lubricating: With the smallest plastic friction coefficient, is the ideal oil-free materials.
5, Non-flammable: limiting oxygen index of 90 or less.
6, Chemical resistance and weather resistance: In addition to molten alkali metals, Teflon almost free from any chemical reagents corrosion. For example, in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, even in boiling aqua regia ,the weight and performance was not changed. almost insoluble in all solvents.
7, Having the lowest coefficient of friction in all known solid materials. PTFE own smooth surface.
2.Saferlon® PTFE + graphite filled PTFE graphite
Saferlon®PTFE + graphite filled PTFE graphite, color black, surface brightness is good, long-term working temperature is -200℃--260 ℃
Characteristics:
1. The wear lubrication, thermal conductivity, easily dispersed performance is better than PTFE.
2. High temperature resistance
3.Corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, peel resistance performance are good
4. Good self-lubricating,
5. High strength
6. Good resistance to radiation
7. Good dimensional stability
8. Excellent electrical properties
